Revision Policy

1. What Counts as a Revision

A revision includes adjustments to:

• Avatar appearance, expressions, or voice characteristics
• Video timing, pacing, or scene order
• Background changes, lighting, or color adjustments
• Text overlays, captions, or minor script edits

Note: Creating a completely new video or avatar is considered a new project, not a revision.

2. Included Revisions by Plan

Each subscription plan includes revisions as follows:

• Free Plan: No revisions included
• Pro Plan: 3 revisions per video included
• Team Plan: 5 revisions per video included
• Business Plan: Unlimited revisions within project scope

3. Additional Revisions

Additional revisions beyond your plan's included amount can be purchased as credit top-ups. The cost depends on the complexity:

• Minor adjustments (timing, text): 5 credits per revision
• Medium changes (lighting, background): 15 credits per revision
• Major modifications (avatar changes, scene restructuring): 30+ credits per revision

4. Revision Timeline

Standard revisions are typically completed within:

• Minor revisions: 24-48 hours
• Medium revisions: 3-5 business days
• Major revisions: 7-10 business days

Rush revisions may be available for an additional fee, depending on current workload.

5. How to Request Revisions

Request revisions through:

• Your project dashboard
• Email support at hello@creascale.com
• In-app messaging system (Team and Business plans)

Please provide specific details about what you'd like changed to ensure accurate revisions.

6. Scope Limitations

Revisions are intended to refine existing deliverables, not to expand project scope. If you need significant additions or changes beyond the original agreement, we'll discuss options for a new project or scope adjustment.
